Design of a photovoltaic power plant controler. The controller will be a user model that will govern the PV inverters. Plan controller will fulfill the requirements in the CENACE’s grid code: QV control in three different control modes (voltage, reactive power ad power factor), and centralized Pf control to regulate in case of over frequency due to inverters outages.
