The objective of this collaboration between IIT and the Spanish Ministry of Industry Tourism and Commerce is the validation of the measurement procedures defined within Orden de Calidad ITC/912/2006 and the document additional criteria defined by the committee for supervision of quality of service in telecommunications. The goal is to guarantee that final users will receive complete, comparable, accurate and comprehensive information about quality of service in Internet access.
The specifications of measurement procedures will be analyzed to see if any possible implementation will meet the original requirements established by the law and otherwise corrections of additional remarks will be suggested.
