The aim of this proyect is the development of tools for long term planning in electricty markets. Precisely, the tools will help in the development of long term studies (from one to five years). Among other results, it will provide incomes, costs, productions. The model will consider a simplified representation of the remaing agents of the market and will represents their behavior.
