The aim of this project is the feasibility study of the development of a supervisory system of a power system based on movile communications. The core of the supervisory system will be a state estimator program. The measurements obtained in each substation will be transmitted to the control center using movile communications. The feasibility study will determine the requisrements of the measurement system, the configuration of the measurement system and the implementation const in a small scale power system.
This study is a part of a project developed in cooperation with IBIT-Fundació de les Illes Balears per a la Innovació Tecnològica and Departamento de Tecnología Electrónica de la E.T.S. de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
