The project objective is to do a diagnosis of the axes exchange capacity in the new facility and to be able to make recommendations if they can be extracted from the studies. Those recommendations can consist of incorporating new elements o process changes that increase the operation throughput. Those facilities, means and processes outside of the axes exchange facility will be ignored by now.
