The aim of the project is to analyse the regulation of the Colombian electricity industry, focusing on identifying the potential problems that may exist in the rules and procedures that are being used for price formation in the wholesale market and it the regulatory design of the pool, and proposing solutions to them within the spirit of the fundamental laws and normatives of the electricity sector in Colombia.
